Boulettes grecques


  • 450 g ground beef or ground lamb
  • 1 medium onion, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 25 g Italian or ordinary breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon chopped mint
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • olive oil for brushing


1 – Put the meat in a bowl. Add the onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, mint and parsley. Salt and pepper. Mix well, then add the beaten egg and mix again.

2 – Moisten your hands, and with the meat mixture, form sixteen small balls. Thread them onto four metal skewers.

3 – Oil the BBQ grill and meatballs slightly.

4 – Cook for about 10 minutes while turning over frequently. You can also bake them in the oven at about 375°F.
