1 – Preparation (grilled chicken): Mix all ingredients and let marinate for 4 to 6 hours. Bake at 350 degrees F. about 45-60 min. (depending on the size of chicken breasts). This marinade really makes the chicken very tender.
2 – Preparation (salad): Put your salad mixture on a plate and alternatively add all the vegetables/fruits.
3 – Slice your chicken breasts into thin strips and place around your plate. Top with a little nut oil or your favourite dressing. Garnish with basil leaves. Delicious salad.
